Responsibilities
- Develop the Middle East region, generating profits through sales growth and achieving volume and margin targets
- Maintain and develop existing client portfolio
- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Conduct sales visits and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Business Units to define sales strategies
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and track project progress
- Monthly review of sales targets and quarterly presentation of results to management
Requirements
- University degree or minimum 8 years' experience in B2B sales of industrial food ingredients
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, Power BI
- Fluent English required

Job Summary
- Develop the Middle East region, generate profits through sales growth, and achieve volume and margin targets.
- Support and implement short and long term strategies, execute tactical plans, and strengthen company presence.
- Develop assigned accounts by providing full service for existing products and introducing new products.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Primary contact in region; responsible for growing sales volume of natural colourants, plant and spice extracts, natural antioxidants.
- Maintain and develop existing client portfolio; prospect and acquire new clients.
- Conduct regular market visits, sales visits, and product demonstrations.
- Assess logistical needs to support market growth.
- Utilise internal tools, data, and resources to achieve objectives.
- Monthly review of sales targets, project progress, portfolio size, key issues, and forecasts.
- Quarterly presentation of results to management.
- Ongoing collection of information on pricing, product quality, applications, competitive activity.
- Collaborative development of annual account forecasts.
- Collaboration with Technical, Marketing, and Business Units.
- Collaboration with internal support functions.
- Active use of Salesforce CRM platform.
Qualifications
- University degree or minimum 8 years' experience in B2B sales of industrial food ingredients.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, Power BI.
- Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency.
Working Conditions
- Approximately 50% travel for client visits; occasional trips to UK, Netherlands, or EU.
