As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Money EU, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth within the fintech ecosystem, focusing on payment solutions, lending integrations, and B2B alliances.
Strategic Business Development
- Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C fintech clients aligned with Money EU’s product offerings (payment gateway, lending APIs, and embedded finance).
- Build and execute partnership strategies with banks, NBFCs, and aggregators.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans for new verticals or regions.
Revenue Growth & Profitability
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Optimize pricing models and revenue-sharing agreements.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of fintech products.
Client Relationship & Retention
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top clients.
- Resolve issues proactively to minimize churn.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze fintech trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend data-backed strategies for market expansion and product positioning.
