Role Description;
This is an individual contribution role supported internally by a capable technical and administrative team.
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities includes; identifying new business opportunities (projects under design), preparing and presenting to project stake holders,(architects, consultants, interior designers, developers and specifiers), with a view of specifying Eurolever Architectural Hardware on the project.
Your success in this stage will be carried through to tender stage were in you will ensure all tenderers (contractors) receive our pricing based on specification following through by meeting the successful contractor to sell your specification work (in this case Eurolever Architectural Hardware).
This may be a specific country role or a regional one depending on your experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project specific sales and business development. Can be within the construction industry or a similar industry.
- Proven history building a network of clients and identifying stake holders. This includes a network of Consultants, Architects, Interior Designer, Contractors and Developers.
- Strong knowledge of architectural hardware or a similar related finishing product
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, dynamic and high energy person
- Can assess, manage and segregate detail in an orderly manner and identify priority
- Ability to build maintain and manage relationships with project stake holders
- Experience in preparing and delivering sales and marketing presentations
- Team player, self starter and self initiative
- Willing to travel on a weekly schedule regionally.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
