We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Forex industry to join a growing and dynamic team.

Identify and acquire new clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and business partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking activities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Prepare and present business proposals and partnership agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience within the Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Strong network of traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, or industry contacts is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
