Origins MarketPlace Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager for Creator & Agency Partnerships to drive growth of their live-streaming ecosystem. The role involves acquiring and managing content creators and agencies, building partnerships, and contributing to platform growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential content creators and live streamers to the platform
- Develop and execute creator acquisition strategies to increase the number of active streamers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing guidance on content development, audience engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Monitor creator performance and support creators in achieving growth and revenue objectives
- Organize creator engagement activities, campaigns, and incentive programs to improve retention
- Source, negotiate, and establish partnerships with creator agencies and live streaming guilds
- Manage relationships with agency partners and serve as the primary point of contact
- Collaborate with agencies to develop recruitment, training, and performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities to expand agency partnerships
- Ensure agency partners comply with platform policies and operational standards
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and creator ecosystem developments to identify new growth opportunities
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies to increase creator acquisition and platform engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Creator Management, Talent Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, or a related role
- Experience in live streaming, social media, gaming, entertainment, creator economy, or digital platforms is highly preferred
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Results oriented mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
