Role Description

This is a remote contract role based in Dubai for a Business Development Manager specializing in the Middle East region.

The Business Development Manager will actively identify and engage new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate partnerships within the speaking and events industry.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategies to expand the client base, and managing end-to-end sales processes.

The role also involves working closely with the global team to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Role is commission based.

We don't offer basic salary.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities to identify opportunities and implement effective business strategies
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Project Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
  • Knowledge of the speaking and events industry is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
