- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transport businesses, construction firms, industrial customers, and fuel resellers.
- Negotiate and close fuel supply agreements, long term contracts, and spot sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Expand the company's customer base and strengthen market penetration across designated regions.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing movements within the fuel industry.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and supply teams to ensure seamless fuel deliveries and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fuel sales, petroleum products trading, retail fuel operations, or business development within the energy sector
- Strong existing network within the UAE fuel, transportation, logistics, construction, and industrial sectors
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing high value customer accounts
- In depth understanding of fuel products, pricing mechanisms, supply chain operations, and market dynamics
