About the Role
Nextruct is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow presence in UAE, KSA, and Egypt for engineering consultancy and BIM services. The role involves identifying opportunities, outreach, preparing proposals, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
- Conduct online research and outreach through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Prepare and support commercial proposals and tender submissions
- Coordinate with the Managing Director on pricing and client strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Track opportunities, follow up with clients, and maintain a simple CRM
- Support Nextruct’s brand presence through LinkedIn posts
- Explore partnership and subcontracting opportunities
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business development within engineering, construction, or BIM related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Ability to prepare proposals and commercial documents
- Strong LinkedIn research and outreach capabilities
- Self driven, organized, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with UAE/KSA markets

Role Description
- We are expanding our commercial team, and we’re looking for Business Development Manager who can help us grow our presence across UAE, KSA, and Egypt in the fields of engineering consultancy and BIM services.
- Location: Remote (with occasional offline meetings/events when needed)
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Industry: Engineering Consultancy / BIM / Construction
