Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, IBs, and B2B partners in the FX/CFD industry
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long term partnerships
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different market segments
- Present and position liquidity, trading solutions, and partner programs as market leading offerings
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, operations) to deliver smooth onboarding and client experience
- Stay up to date on global FX market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- 3 5+ years proven experience in business development/sales in the FX/CFD industry
- Strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), liquidity, and brokerage products
- Proven track record of building relationships with IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Results driven, self motivated, and able to perform in a competitive, target driven environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working with Forex, Crypto, Commodities (especially gold): 1 year (Required)

About the Role
- We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager with strong FX/CFD sales experience. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base, onboarding Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and institutional clients while driving revenue growth.
