We are looking to hire **two Business Development Managers (Male & Female)** to join our team at **3Distica**.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
