Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years working within Dubai's real estate brokerage sector or in direct B2B sales to brokerages
- Must have existing broker data/contacts to generate business immediately
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa with minimum 6 months remaining validity
- Excellent spoken and written English mandatory
- Arabic is an advantage
- Self driven, autonomous, and comfortable in a performance based environment

- Visa Requirement: Valid UAE Residence Visa (minimum 6 months validity)

Mandatory Requirements
- Proven Dubai Real Estate Experience: Minimum 1–2 years working within Dubai's real estate brokerage sector or in direct B2B sales to brokerages
- Immediate Revenue Capability: Must be able to generate business from Day 1 using your established network and broker database
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Freelance, Spouse, Parent, or Golden Visa) with minimum 6 months remaining validity
- Language: Excellent spoken and written English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
- Mindset: Self driven, autonomous, and comfortable in a performance based environment with minimal supervision
Critical Compensation Structure
- AED 15,000/month base salary is offered ONLY upon meeting monthly sales targets.
- No target met = No salary offered. Only commission will be paid.
- Commission is uncapped and paid on all closed deals regardless of target achievement.
