About the Role

  • Job Title: Business Development Officer – Real Estate (B2B Portal Sales)
  • Company: ELiconsult

  • Employment Type: Full time / Immediate Start
  • Salary: AED 15,000/month + Uncapped Commission (Conditional — See Below)
  • Visa Requirement: Valid UAE Residence Visa (minimum 6 months validity)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage real estate brokerage companies in Dubai
  • Conduct product demonstrations of our Developer Inventory Search Engine
  • Close membership subscriptions and build a sustainable lead pipeline
  • Maintain weekly activity reporting and CRM updates
  • Leverage existing broker relationships and data to accelerate revenue generation from Day 1

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven Dubai Real Estate Experience: Minimum 1–2 years working within Dubai's real estate brokerage sector or in direct B2B sales to brokerages
  • Immediate Revenue Capability: Must be able to generate business from Day 1 using your established network and broker database
  • Visa Status: Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Freelance, Spouse, Parent, or Golden Visa) with minimum 6 months remaining validity
  • Language: Excellent spoken and written English mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
  • Mindset: Self driven, autonomous, and comfortable in a performance based environment with minimal supervision

Critical Compensation Structure

  • AED 15,000/month base salary is offered ONLY upon meeting monthly sales targets.
  • No target met = No salary offered. Only commission will be paid.
  • Commission is uncapped and paid on all closed deals regardless of target achievement.
