Responsibilities
- Conduct face to face and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients across the Middle East
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, HNIs, and institutional prospects
- Drive onboarding of new clients in coordination with internal onboarding and compliance teams
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners
- Expand regional distribution channels to increase client reach and trading volumes
- Represent the company at financial expos, fintech conferences, and investment events
- Generate high quality leads through networking and brand positioning initiatives
- Promote the company’s financial offerings, including global investment products and trading solutions
- Customize sales pitches based on client profiles (retail, professional, institutional)
- Monitor competitor activity, regional trends, and client preferences
- Operate strictly within the scope of permitted activities (introducing/marketing only, no unauthorized advisory)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue performance in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development within financial services, fintech, brokerage, or trading platforms
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation
- Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Middle East (GCC) financial markets and client behavior
- Familiarity with trading/investment products (equities, derivatives, CFDs, etc.)
- Existing network of clients, partners, or IBs in the region is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East for client meetings and events

Role Overview
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving client acquisition and expanding the company’s presence across the Middle East region.
- The role involves representing the company at industry events, developing strategic relationships, and promoting a suite of financial services in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
- The candidate will play a key role in strengthening both B2C (retail/HNI clients) and B2B (partners, IBs, affiliates) channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Conduct face to face and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients; build and maintain strong relationships; drive onboarding of new clients.
- Partner & Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners; expand regional distribution channels.
- Event Representation & Brand Building: Represent the company at financial expos, fintech conferences, and investment events; generate high quality leads.
- Product Promotion & Sales Execution: Promote financial offerings including global investment products and trading solutions; customize sales pitches.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Support: Monitor competitor activity, regional trends, and client preferences; provide actionable insights.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Operate strictly within permitted activities; coordinate with compliance teams for KYC/AML.
- Reporting & Internal Coordination: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems; provide regular updates to management; collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
