Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research, develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to secure sponsorships, exhibitor contracts, and partnerships
- Manage a sales pipeline, coordinate with event, marketing, and operations teams
- Attend industry events and meetings, provide regular reporting and forecasts to leadership
- Contribute to revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and support continuous improvement of event offerings
Requirements
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills with a proven track record
- Experience in exhibitions, events, or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid analytical, research, and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Role Description
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Manage a sales pipeline, coordinate with event, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills with a proven track record.
- Experience in exhibitions, events, or related industries with knowledge of B2B and B2E marketing, sponsorships, and exhibitor engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical, research, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Middle East or international markets is beneficial; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
