Hiring: Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise IoT Solutions

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a high-impact

Senior Business Development Manager

role focused on

IoT solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise technology sales

.

Location: Dubai

Experience: 7+ years

Target: AED 15M Annual Revenue

This is a

senior, revenue-driven role

suited for a hunter profile who can drive large enterprise deals, manage complex sales cycles, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive
  • enterprise IoT sales
  • to achieve AED 15M–20M annual revenue targets
  • Manage the
  • full sales lifecycle
  • : lead generation, qualification, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Develop and position
  • end-to-end IoT solutions, smart technologies, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Engage with
  • enterprise clients, contractors, consultants, and OEM partners
  • Lead
  • pre-sales efforts
  • including proposals, POCs, demos, and technical presentations
  • Negotiate
  • commercial terms, contracts, and payment structures
  • while protecting margins
  • Work cross-functionally with technical, procurement, and finance teams for successful project delivery
  • Build and scale
  • strategic partnerships and key accounts
  • Identify new market opportunities through
  • networking, industry events, and outbound business development

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in
  • enterprise sales, business development, or technology sales (IoT/ICT/ELV/system integration)
  • Proven track record of closing
  • high-value deals and achieving AED 15M+ annual targets
  • Strong expertise in
  • solution selling, consultative sales, and complex deal negotiation
  • Ability to engage and influence
  • C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of
  • IoT platforms, networking, and integrated technology solutions
  • Experience working with
  • CRM systems, proposals, and sales forecasting
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup
