Role Overview

  • Drive business growth through the development of new sales opportunities and maximizing the benefit from existing customers in the MENA and Levant Region.
  • You will be part of a highly skilled team of Sales professionals working with Account Managers, Pre Sales and Technology specialists.
  • BDM provide vital support to the company’s sales, consulting and support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling the RIB product portfolio in the region.
  • Drive sales planning and structure, leading and orchestrating new opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Articulate the value proposition clearly.
  • Demonstrate the ROI in the interests of the client with a key focus on solving real and qualified business challenges by applying our solutions and technology.
  • Maintain and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new customer opportunities.

Requirements

  • UAE Driving License
  • 3 5 years of sales experience in a dynamic Sales environment
  • Experience in Target oriented job description and Target achievement history
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Highly self motivated
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must exhibit a positive, professional attitude and be a team player

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks
