Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the logistics and delivery sectors, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and managing client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities
  • Skills in contract negotiation, strategy development, and creating proposals
  • Experience in the automotive, logistics, or technology sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with fleet management, tracking technologies, or B2B markets is a plus
