AUS Global is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join their Dubai team. You will develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth, build partnerships, and achieve sales targets in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop new potential valued partners (IBs) and clients and maintain existing ones
- Support IBs to have more business via email, phone and/or video calls
- Responsible for daily sales performance to ensure results could be delivered and achieved
- Work closely with the sales team leader and management
- Achieve monthly sales targets in accordance with the business plan
- Attend company expos and all events
- Manage partners’ expectations and keep partners updated about our broker
- Travel to other countries as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role within a Forex & CFD broker
- Strong understanding of the financial markets, particularly Forex and CFDs
- Proficiency with modern AI tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and/or Arabic
- Self motivated, outgoing, results driven, and confident

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team.
- The purpose of this role is to develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the new potential valued partners (IBs) and clients and maintaining the existing IBs and clients.
- Support the IBs to have more business and anything we can support by email, phone and/or video calls.
- Responsible for daily sales performance to ensure results could be delivered and achieved.
- Work closely with the sales team leader, supported by the super experienced management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
- Attending company expos and all events.
- Manage partners’ expectations and keep partners updated about our broker.
- Travel to the other countries is necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role within a Forex & CFD broker.

- Proficiency with modern AI tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve efficiency and business development workflows.
- Experience using AI agents and AI powered research tools to identify potential partners, generate leads, analyze markets, and uncover business opportunities online.
- Self motivated, outgoing, results driven, and confident.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and/or Arabic.
- An existing portfolio of partners is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Passion for building long term client relationships.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Target driven mindset with a strong focus on measurable results and performance.
