Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for GRC solution (Drut) in the GCC region
- Identify and target potential clients, establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, and understand their business needs
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of the GRC solution to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Create partner ecosystem in the region to drive Drut sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 7 8 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on GRC solutions (Alteryx, TeamMate, Archer etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
