Role Overview

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target market segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial client contact through to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and real estate brokers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions when required.
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities and pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the fit out, interiors, or construction industry.
  • Strong existing network within Dubai/UAE's real estate, architecture, design, and construction sectors.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and successfully close high value projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong CRM management and reporting discipline.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
