Responsibilities
- Acquire new retail and professional trading clients
- Develop strategic partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Money Managers, and regional partners
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Convert qualified leads into funded trading accounts
- Present and explain FISG's trading products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and regional growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records through CRM systems
- Collaborate with Marketing and Retention teams to maximize conversion and client retention
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Forex, CFD, Brokerage, Financial Services, FinTech, or High Ticket Sales
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of Forex and CFD markets
- Existing network within the UAE, GCC, or MENA region highly preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- CRM experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent English and Arabic
