Job Description
- We are working with an established and leading corporate (healthcare and GI) insurance broker who are seeking a proactive and results driven Business Development Manager with a passion for sales, a vibrant personality, and a strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through personal networks, industry events, market research, cold calling, and referrals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a unified approach in delivering services to clients/customers
- Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Maintain high standards of client service to ensure customer retention and long term professional relationships
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and economic developments to identify new business opportunities
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the UAE insurance sector
- Strong sales, presentation, and client relationship management skills within UAE will also be considered in other industries
