Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with gym owners, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and develop sales strategies.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
- Support marketing campaigns and provide feedback on market trends.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow ups.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within sports, fitness, or equipment industries.
- Strong skills in relationship building, client communication, and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans.
- Competence in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Comfort working on site in Dubai with readiness for local travel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in fitness, sports, or gym operations.

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with gym owners, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Day to day tasks include market research, sales strategies, proposals, contract negotiation, and pipeline management.
