Aivora is hiring a Business Development Manager in Dubai to acquire new active users and drive trading volume through influencer partnerships in the crypto space. The role involves KOL sourcing, deal structuring, campaign innovation, and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities
- Acquire new active users and drive trading volume through influencer partnerships
- Track user progress through sign up, KYC, and deposit funnel
- Source KOLs on Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord to discover active crypto traders
- Audit creator engagement metrics to filter out bots and fake traffic
- Negotiate hybrid payouts using commission rebates or performance fees
- Launch trading competitions, copy trading groups, and exclusive fee discounts
- Serve as main point of contact for high value VIP exchange affiliates
- Monitor internal data to detect and eliminate self referral schemes
- Work with product teams to deliver localized promotional assets
