Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise ICT sales to achieve AED 15M–20M annual revenue targets
- Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Position end to end ICT solutions including networking & infrastructure, data centers, network & information security, cloud, connectivity, and enterprise systems
- Engage with enterprise clients, government entities, developers, consultants, system integrators, and FM companies
- Lead pre sales activities such as proposals, solution presentations, demos, and POCs in collaboration with technical teams
- Build, expand, and manage strategic enterprise accounts and partner relationships
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise ICT / Technology Sales / System Integration
- Proven track record of closing AED 10M+ annual revenue
- Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales, and complex deal management
- Experience selling ICT infrastructure, networking, security, data center, or cloud solutions
- Ability to engage and influence C level stakeholders and senior decision makers
- UAE market experience is mandatory
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
