Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in Dubai real estate, property management, or hospitality
- Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
- Strong communicator in English
- Self starter with ability to prospect and book meetings independently
- Understanding of Dubai's property market and the short term rental landscape
- Comfortable with CRM tools, data driven pipeline management, and regular reporting
- UAE driving licence preferred

The Role
- As Business Development Manager at VayK, you are responsible for growing our managed property portfolio. You will identify, approach, and close property owners — converting them from prospects into long term managed clients. This is the highest impact commercial role in the company.
- You will own the full acquisition cycle: from lead generation and first outreach to property tours, proposals, and signed management agreements. You'll also work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in Dubai real estate, property management, or hospitality
- Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
- Strong communicator in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, German) are a significant advantage
- Self starter — you don't need a script to pick up the phone and book a meeting
- Understanding of Dubai's property market and the short term rental landscape
- Comfortable with CRM tools, data driven pipeline management, and regular reporting
- UAE driving licence preferred
