The Role

  • As Business Development Manager at VayK, you are responsible for growing our managed property portfolio. You will identify, approach, and close property owners — converting them from prospects into long term managed clients. This is the highest impact commercial role in the company.
  • You will own the full acquisition cycle: from lead generation and first outreach to property tours, proposals, and signed management agreements. You'll also work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handover once a deal closes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify property owner leads via real estate agents, brokers, investor networks, and direct outreach
  • Conduct property assessments and present VayK's management offering to prospective owners
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline — track progress in CRM and report weekly
  • Partner with the marketing team on owner facing campaigns and content
  • Attend industry events, property expos, and networking sessions to build relationships
  • Provide feedback from the market to inform service and pricing strategy
  • Work with operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new owners

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in Dubai real estate, property management, or hospitality
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong communicator in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, German) are a significant advantage
  • Self starter — you don't need a script to pick up the phone and book a meeting
  • Understanding of Dubai's property market and the short term rental landscape
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, data driven pipeline management, and regular reporting
  • UAE driving licence preferred
