Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new clients needing accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and tax advisory services
- Build and maintain long term relationships with SMEs, startups, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry needs to position services effectively
- Present service offerings to prospects and convert leads into long term clients
- Prepare quotations, service proposals, and engagement letters
- Negotiate pricing and service terms to close deals profitably
- Work closely with accounting and tax teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track KPIs, pipeline progress, and revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and negotiation strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of accounting, financial services, or a related field is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in Dubai or knowledge of local markets is preferred

Role Description
