Role Overview

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, lifestyle membership organizations, corporate travel buyers, and other strategic partners
  • This is a hands on business development role focused on creating new opportunities, building relationships, and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury travel, concierge, hospitality, and corporate travel sectors.
  • Research, qualify, and engage prospective partners.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop long term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Represent Conciliera at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Track business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to support growth initiatives.

Regional Requirements

  • GCC Market (Arabic Speaker): Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
  • Existing network within the GCC luxury travel ecosystem.
  • Strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, lifestyle membership organizations, and corporate travel buyers.
  • Native or fluent Arabic and professional English proficiency.
  • LATAM Market (Spanish Speaker): Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
  • Strong existing network within the Latin American luxury travel industry.
  • Native or fluent in Portuguese / Spanish and professional English proficiency.
  • North America: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or related industries.
  • Existing network within the North American luxury travel industry is highly desirable.

Compensation

  • Commission only role during the first three months.
  • Commission starting at 15% of every sale generated.
  • No cap on earnings.
  • Recurring earning potential from repeat and long term client relationships.
  • Opportunity to transition to a salary + commission structure based on performance after the initial three month period.
