Who we are

  • Kynda Creative is a Dubai based creative agency. We make brands look as good as they actually are — clean, high quality video, motion, and design that cuts through the noise.
  • Our clients are mostly in crypto, fintech, and web3, but we work with all sorts of industries.
  • We're a small, tight team — and we like it that way.

What we're looking for

  • We need a salesperson who can walk into a conversation with a crypto exchange or a fintech startup and actually understand what they do, what they need, and why Kynda is the right fit.
  • Someone who doesn't read from a script. Someone who earns the meeting, runs it well, and closes it.
  • We want someone who can build this department from the ground up. You'll start as the team, and over time, you'll lead it.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Finding and qualifying leads in crypto, fintech, web3 — and beyond (hospitality, lifestyle, and other industries where brands care about quality creative).
  • Running outreach that doesn't feel like spam.
  • Managing your pipeline from first touch to signed deal.
  • Presenting and pitching our services (video, motion, design) in a way that makes people say yes.
  • Working directly with our internal account and creative team to make proposals that actually land.
  • Bringing back real market feedback so we can sharpen how we position ourselves.
  • Hitting targets, tracking your activity in our CRM, and owning your numbers.

What we need from you

  • A genuinely hungry, proactive, self starter and visionary person.
  • You know how to sell. Not theoretically — actually done it, actually closed deals.
  • You write and speak clearly. No jargon, no corporate waffle — just confident, human communication.
  • You have your own UAE visa (requirement for this role).
  • You've worked in or around creative agencies or digital services — even better if you come with a network.
  • You're a team player who's also comfortable working independently.
