Requirements
- Demonstrated skills in business development, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing partnership or service agreements
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally within wellbeing, coaching, HR, or professional services sectors
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools, CRM or pipeline management software, and basic office productivity applications
- Ability to work independently in a part time remote setting, manage priorities, and meet agreed targets and timelines
- Understanding of or interest in wellbeing, coaching, mental health, or personal development
- Relevant education in business, marketing, psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience also valued
- Comfort working with diverse clients and commitment to non judgmental, inclusive, and ethically responsible practices

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager role is a part time, remote position focused on expanding S Motion’s client base and strategic partnerships.
- In this role, the individual identifies and nurtures relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and wellbeing collaborators, with a particular focus on the UAE and regional markets.
- Day to day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored wellbeing solutions to individuals and organizations.
- The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the coaching and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of programs.

Qualifications
