Role Description

  • The Business Development Manager role is a part time, remote position focused on expanding S Motion’s client base and strategic partnerships.
  • In this role, the individual identifies and nurtures relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and wellbeing collaborators, with a particular focus on the UAE and regional markets.
  • Day to day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored wellbeing solutions to individuals and organizations.
  • The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the coaching and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of programs.
  • The Business Development Manager supports the refinement of go to market strategies, participates in online events or webinars, and represents S Motion’s values of compassion, awareness, and sustainable personal growth in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in business development, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing partnership or service agreements.
  • Experience in sales or account management, ideally within wellbeing, coaching, HR, or professional services sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate wellbeing concepts into practical solutions for individuals and organizations.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools, CRM or pipeline management software, and basic office productivity applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a part time remote setting, manage priorities, and meet agreed targets and timelines.
  • Understanding of or interest in wellbeing, coaching, mental health, or personal development; previous involvement in these areas is an advantage.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
  • Comfort working with diverse clients and a commitment to non judgmental, inclusive, and ethically responsible practices.
