- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries
- Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and excellent client service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong business development or sales experience, preferably in the construction, technical services, FM, or related industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
