About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and industry partners
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present customized event and exhibition solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry within the UAE
- Strong network of corporate clients and industry contacts in UAE
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Compensation
- Pay: AED 7,000 AED 10,000 per month
