About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to join our digital printing and branding company. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and promote services in digital printing, signage, branding, vehicle graphics, and 3M-related solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Promote company services including digital printing, signage, events fitout and branding, vehicle graphics, stickers, wrapping, and 3M related architectural solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Visit clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and corporate offices to present company services
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales offers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of client communications, visits, quotations, and sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Support in tender submissions, vendor registrations, and government related communication when required
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in digital printing, signage, advertising, branding, fit out, or related industries
- Knowledge of 3M products, applications, and printing/signage solutions is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is required; candidates with their own car will be given preference
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and email communication
- 2–4 years of sales experience in UAE market

Required Qualifications & Skills

Compensation
- Salary package will be discussed based on experience, skills, and market knowledge.
- Commission or performance based incentives may be offered based on company policy.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
