About the Role
Mechsoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for cybersecurity solutions in Dubai.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building enterprise relationships, developing a qualified pipeline, and driving deals through closure.
The successful candidate should have experience selling cybersecurity solutions and services in the UAE or GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business across UAE enterprise and commercial accounts.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, partners, and industry relationships.
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Security Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Work with pre-sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and position cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive opportunities across PAM, VAPT, SOC/MDR, IAM, Data Security, Application Security, OT Security, Zero Trust, and related solutions.
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain opportunity stages, closure dates, revenue and gross-profit forecasts, and customer updates in CRM.
- Provide weekly pipeline and sales activity reports.
