Role Overview

  • Drive growth in our cybersecurity business across the UAE and GCC.
  • This is a strategic AND hands on role with full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end to end sales cycle: lead generation → needs assessment → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Acquire new mid market clients for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build relationships with C level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical, presales, and finance teams.
  • Monitor market trends and position solutions accordingly.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management.
  • Self driven, target oriented, comfortable owning a revenue number.

Hard Requirements

  • 3+ years in cybersecurity business development / sales.
  • Direct experience selling to end customers (not distribution only or inside sales).
  • Abu Dhabi based candidates must have prior Abu Dhabi market experience.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
