About the Role
Virus Rescuers is hiring a Business Development Manager for Cybersecurity in Abu Dhabi to drive growth across the UAE and GCC. The role requires 3+ years of cybersecurity sales experience, direct end-customer sales, and Abu Dhabi market experience.

- Own the end to end sales cycle: lead generation → needs assessment → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Acquire new mid market clients for cybersecurity solutions
- Build relationships with C level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver presentations
- Collaborate with technical, presales, and finance teams
- Monitor market trends and position solutions accordingly
Requirements
- 3+ years in cybersecurity business development / sales
- Direct experience selling to end customers (not distribution only or inside sales)
- Abu Dhabi based candidates must have prior Abu Dhabi market experience
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation

Role Overview
- Drive growth in our cybersecurity business across the UAE and GCC.
- This is a strategic AND hands on role with full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
What You'll Do
