Role Overview
Target-oriented business development role focused on winning corporate, lifestyle, venue, and community clients across the UAE.
The role develops opportunities for floral installations, activations, workshops, and ongoing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage corporate businesses, government offices, brands, lifestyle companies, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and concept venues.
- Engage schools, universities, community spaces, wellness studios, and creative hubs.
- Sell floral installations, brand activations, seasonal setups, workshops, experiences, and ongoing floral partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and identify relevant activations, campaigns, and events.
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Coordinate with creative and operations teams to deliver signed deals.
- Attend networking events and industry gatherings to generate leads.
- Represent TWIGS professionally at client and industry interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in events, hospitality, partnerships, or client-facing sales.
- Prior UAE experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and interpersonal ability.
- Background in events, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or partnerships is required.
- Comfort meeting clients face-to-face and closing deals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Interest in creativity, design, or experiences.
- Familiarity with Dubai's corporate, lifestyle, or hospitality landscape.
