Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, and procurement teams.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into profitable projects.
  • Review project requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions and quotations.
  • Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to project award, execution and payment collection.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
