Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager – Content Lab drives relationship-led growth through strategic stakeholder relationships and account development.
The role generates qualified opportunities, expands organizational visibility and strengthens the company's presence in strategic ecosystems.
The position acts as a trusted advisor and market representative to create long-term commercial value.
Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across assigned sectors and accounts.
- Develop trust and credibility with strategic entities and expand access to key influencers.
- Ensure continuous engagement and relationship continuity across strategic accounts.
Business Development
- Generate qualified opportunities and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities before procurement or RFP stages and uncover new business needs.
- Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing and target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into commercial outcomes.
