Business Development Manager role focused on growing Compliance and Risk Assessment services in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop UAE business-development strategies, identify target clients, and generate leads through networking, research, referrals, LinkedIn, outreach, and events.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and IT, risk, compliance, and information security teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Work with technical and consulting teams to develop suitable solutions and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain sales pipelines, achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, monitor market and competitor trends, and develop partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven UAE-market experience with an established network of UAE-based clients.
- Experience selling compliance, risk assessment, GRC, cybersecurity, information security, or related consulting services.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and enterprise sales cycle.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and closing B2B deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, independent-working, and target-oriented abilities.
- Existing UAE enterprise or institutional network, UAE regulatory experience, risk-management experience, and cybersecurity or technology consulting experience are preferred.
