Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the next phase of ZRC International’s growth.
  • This is a commission based role with uncapped earning potential, designed for entrepreneurial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development – Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities through industry networks, research and targeted outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build trusted relationships with CFOs, CROs, Internal Audit leaders and senior decision makers.
  • Consultative Selling – Position ZRC’s Governance, Risk, Compliance and Transformation services in alignment with client challenges.
  • Opportunity Management – Lead conversations from initial engagement through proposal development and commercial discussions.
  • Market Expansion – Support entry into new sectors, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration – Work alongside ZRC leadership to shape go to market strategies and commercial positioning.
  • Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate opportunity tracking using CRM and sales tools.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in business development or consulting sales within professional services.
  • Experience selling Governance, Risk, Compliance, Transformation, Technology or Advisory services preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise organisations and decision making structures.
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Self motivated, entrepreneurial and outcome focused.
  • Existing network within UAE/GCC markets is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent English communication skills required.
