Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and onboard qualified channel partners within Dubai’s financial and real estate ecosystems
- Build trusted, long term relationships with partners and serve as their first point of contact
- Build and manage a strategic portfolio of priority institutional accounts while concurrently driving open market partner development
- Seamlessly hand over qualified partner referrals to closing and fulfillment teams, and ensure partner relationships remain warm post onboarding
- Maintain precise and real time partner activity records within the company CRM, and consistently achieve monthly partner acquisition targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or relationship management within Dubai's real estate, banking, wealth management, corporate services, or family office sectors
- Possession of an active, accessible local professional network in Dubai is highly preferred
- Current or former private bankers and RERA licensed real estate agents are strongly encouraged to apply
- Willingness to actively learn and successfully complete structured product certification training during onboarding
- Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal and business negotiation skills

- You will establish, develop and maintain an efficient referral partner network in the local Dubai area, covering family offices, corporate service providers, real estate agencies, licensed brokers and private bankers.
- This role focuses on front end market development and relationship building; you do not need to be a product expert. The company provides comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development & Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard qualified channel partners within Dubai’s financial and real estate ecosystems.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted, long term relationships with partners and serve as their first point of contact.
