Key Responsibilities
- **New Client Acquisition:**
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new partnership for MBG products and services
- **Account Management:**
- Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Stay updated on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely market insights.
- **Sales Performance:**
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; report on sales activities and performance regularly.
- **Internal Collaboration:**
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, and compliance) to enhance client experience and service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; Forex certifications are a plus.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within CFD, Forex, crypto, financial services, or trading platforms.
- **Forex Knowledge:**
- Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, technical analysis, and risk management.
- **Sales Skills:**
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex trading concepts.
- **Networking:**
- Ability to build strong networks and attract high-potential clients.
- **Market Analysis:**
- Skilled in interpreting market trends and economic data to support client trading decisions.
- **Technology:**
- Proficiency with Forex trading platforms (e.g.
- MT4/MT5, cTrader, etc.) and CRM systems.
- **Flexibility:**
- The candidate must be willing to relocate and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving market environment.
