Key Responsibilities

  • **New Client Acquisition:**
  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new partnership for MBG products and services
  • **Account Management:**
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • **Market Intelligence:**
  • Stay updated on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely market insights.
  • **Sales Performance:**
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs; report on sales activities and performance regularly.
  • **Internal Collaboration:**
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, and compliance) to enhance client experience and service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; Forex certifications are a plus.
  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within CFD, Forex, crypto, financial services, or trading platforms.
  • **Forex Knowledge:**
  • Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, technical analysis, and risk management.
  • **Sales Skills:**
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • **Communication:**
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex trading concepts.
  • **Networking:**
  • Ability to build strong networks and attract high-potential clients.
  • **Market Analysis:**
  • Skilled in interpreting market trends and economic data to support client trading decisions.
  • **Technology:**
  • Proficiency with Forex trading platforms (e.g.
  • MT4/MT5, cTrader, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • **Flexibility:**
  • The candidate must be willing to relocate and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving market environment.
