Business Development Manager

Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) India team is hiring Business Development Manager – Outbound Channel to help large Brands / Manufacturers / Export houses based in India to sell globally on Walmart. The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the acquisition and onboarding of prospective sellers, managing the seller lifecycle, promoting key product adoption, and guiding sellers to accelerate their sales on Walmart.

The Walmart India Cross Border team enables Indian brands, manufacturers, MSMEs, and other sellers to expand globally by listing and selling their products across Walmart’s international online marketplaces. This allows them to grow their business as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace, reaching a dynamic audience of over 120 million U.S. consumers each month.

· Developing a category specific scalable recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining sellers’ business portfolio

· Exploring channels to identify and recruit sellers based in India to execute on aggressive global growth plans

· Supporting sellers’ launch and sales growth on Walmart through adoption of key input levers

· Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on personal and team KPIs and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

· Working with various stakeholders and teams across Walmart to understand their needs and deliver short-term & long-term business goals
