About the Role
TigerX is seeking a Business Development Manager in Riyadh to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will conduct market research, develop strategic plans, manage partnerships, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Drive revenue growth through market research, strategic business plans, and partnership management
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful execution of business development initiatives
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales expertise, including identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and negotiating contracts
- Market research and analysis skills for identifying trends and new business prospects
- Relationship and stakeholder management skills to cultivate and maintain client and partner relationships
- Strategic planning and proposal development abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Industry experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Defense, Real Estate, Education, or Manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
