Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Business Development Manager** to drive growth and expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **steel structures, PEB, fabrication, or construction sectors**, with a proven ability to generate leads, secure projects, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in KSA market (industrial, commercial, infrastructure sectors)
  • Generate leads through **client meetings, networking, and market research**
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with **clients, consultants, contractors, and developers**
  • Prepare and present **technical and commercial proposals** in coordination with estimation and engineering teams
  • Handle **pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions**
  • Achieve **sales targets and revenue goals** set by management
  • Monitor **market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines**
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, production, projects) for smooth execution
  • Maintain CRM data and provide **regular sales reports and forecasts**
  • Support in **tender submissions and project follow-ups**

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in **Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing**
  • Minimum **5–10 years experience** in business development within **steel fabrication / PEB / construction industry**
  • Strong network and experience in **Saudi Arabia market (mandatory)**
  • Proven track record in **project sales and client acquisition**
  • Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**
  • Ability to handle **high-value deals and multiple clients**
  • Familiarity with **tendering process, contracts, and commercial terms**
  • Valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of **steel structure, PEB, façade, or industrial projects**
  • Experience working with **consultants, EPC contractors, and developers in KSA**
  • Strong understanding of **pricing, costing, and project lifecycle**
  • Arabic language skills (added advantage)

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Monthly / Quarterly **sales target achievement**
  • Number of **new clients acquired**
  • Value of **projects secured**
  • Lead conversion ratio
  • Client retention and relationship management
