We are a leading Dubai-based wholesale IT trading company seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop sales strategies.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and international markets
- Generate new leads through networking and customer visits
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Prepare and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and business development reports
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling the company's IT products and solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BDM roles or the IT Accessories trading field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Fluent in English; other languages an added advantage
