Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.
• Acquire large corporate, retail, and B2B clients with multisite operations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and meet relevant decision makers.
• Understand requirements and provide suitable OfficeStag solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
• Manage key accounts using a technology-enabled and digital approach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for order fulfilment.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in office supplies, facility management, MRO, stationery, FMCG, corporate procurement, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, technology, and client-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with strong lead-generation and closing abilities.
• Comfort with field sales and travel across Delhi NCR and outside the region.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• MBA or PGDM is preferred.
