Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects, understand requirements, recommend solutions, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including pricing, commercial negotiations, contracts, follow-up, and closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining the CRM pipeline.
- Build customer relationships and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Monitor market and competitor activity and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or product sales.
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, education, or technology product sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and convert B2B or B2C leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and pursue new business opportunities.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, plus performance incentives.
