Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, manage key client relationships, and contribute to long-term business strategy.
The role focuses on account management and sales execution within the IT services, software services, and technology solutions domain.
Position Details
- The role seeks candidates with 2–4 years of experience.
- Immediate to early joiners are preferred.
- Face-to-face interviews are preferred.
- The work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business through cold calling, digital outreach, networking, partnerships, and referrals.
- Manage existing accounts and build relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Develop tailored IT solutions, conduct market research, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Own lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing models, payment terms, and service-level agreements.
- Track pipeline and forecasts, drive account growth, and represent the company at industry events.
