Role Overview
Business Development Manager role focused on revenue growth for interior design, furniture, and fit-out services in Qatar.
The role targets commercial, hospitality, retail, and luxury residential projects.
Business Growth and Lead Generation
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Qatar sectors.
- Build a pipeline covering interior design, FF&E, joinery, and turnkey fit-out projects.
- Monitor local market trends, real estate developments, and active tender portals.
Client Relationships
- Build relationships with property developers, main contractors, PMCs, and architectural firms.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, and industry functions.
Proposals and Deal Closing
- Lead client presentations, pitch design concepts, and showcase corporate portfolios.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams on commercial proposals and BOQs.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts while protecting company profit margins.
