Role Overview

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Hyderabad, Kondapur.
• The position is work-from-office and performed in person.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in business development, IT staffing, or domestic staffing recruitment.
• Strong experience in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation is required.
• Good understanding of IT hiring, managed services, and TPL demands is required.
• Experience with US or India staffing clients is preferred.

Required Attributes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• The candidate should be target-driven and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage existing client relationships.
• Drive sales for IT staffing and recruitment solutions.
• Handle the end-to-end BDM cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for demand fulfillment.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• The stated pay is up to ₹1,000,000 per year.
